The Crown Arrow's Journey

Crown Arrow Prep provides practical, relatable, interactive training using our proprietary "Crown Arrow Method ™ " framework. We equip youth (ages 16 - 21) with the life skills they need to launch—and land, job-ready for real‑world responsibility.  

Our complete program consists of seven foundational, evidence-aligned pillars. We deliver our training in three Phases that combine values formation, practical money skills, and work readiness with mentoring and work-based learning. We provide facilitation, mentors, an LMS, recruitment services, and impact reporting. 

We recommend contracting for the full training series for optimal preparation of your youth. However, partners can choose one or more pillars and format (workshops, short courses, semester programs, or full pathways). Training delivery can be in person (recommended), virtual, or hybrid. We will tailor the program specifically for your group with the format that best suits your needs.

 Vision before velocity. An arrow without direction is just energy wasted. We guide students through defining their goals—not vague dreams, but real life-targets with timelines. This is where purpose meets paper.

An arrow's trajectory is set before it ever leaves the bow. We prepare students for the unwritten rules of life and work—the things no one teaches but everyone expects. This is the readiness that earns respect from day one.

• Effective Communication — Speaking, writing, listening with impact, responding appropriately

 Launch is not the finish line. A well-crafted arrow doesn't just fly—it lands true and holds firm. Once we've sharpened the arrow, we identify the proper path to reach the target and stay connected after placement, ensuring students land with stability and have support as they take root in their careers.

What Students Gain: Realistic understanding of today's job market. Evaluation of career and educational choices in light of AI impacts. Exposure to alternatives to 4-year degrees to launch into careers—with skills to thrive even in an AI driven marketplace. And the opportunity for continued coaching post-employment.

• Skills Over Degrees: Apprenticeships, Trade Careers & Entrepreneurship — Exposure to apprenticeships (earn while you learn), skilled trades, business building, micro-credentials.

Adults benefit from life coaching during transitions in their career journey. How much better off will the next generation be if they get life coaching before their career starts? Crown Arrow Prep youth will have a leg up on their peers, because they will launch into their future with clear aims and land with stability and competence.
