Lorey Kelley is committed to shaping the future for young minds. With extensive credentials (JD, MBA, PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, Change Management Practitioner and 20+ years project leadership and training of 600+ business professionals, community leaders and educators; and as a speaker to 10,000+ youth) she has a passion for youth and excellence.

The name "Crown Arrow Preparatory" was inspired by Psalm 127:4 which says, " Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one's youth."
This scripture indicates that youth are arrows that must be guided by the warriors (parents) in their lives. While it is primarily the parent's responsibility, they are supported by educators and youth leaders in preparing their "arrows" to launch into adulthood successfully. Parents, educators and youth leaders are doing their part; however, employers have been sounding the alarm that there is a gap between the preparation youth receive at home, school/college and church, and the mindset and life skills required for youth to effectively perform in the workplace with adult responsibilities.
Crown Arrow Preparatory, is a faith-driven youth development consultancy uniquely skilled to close that readiness gap by providing targeted training so that youth land in the workplace - grounded, resilient and ready to work, lead, and thrive with maturity and purpose.
